38: Sara Dabritz
Däbritz was frustrated by injuries in 2017, but the 23-year-old showed why she is still regarded as one of Europe’s most promising players this time around. The midfielder scored eight goals in the second half of the 2017-18 season, including a beauty against Hoffenheim and a hat-trick against Werder Bremen. A further four goals in 2018-19 have shown her continued impact on the Bayern team and she is once again a regular for Germany, scoring in an exciting 3-2 friendly win over Canada in the summer.
Thomas Woerle, Bayern Munich manager:
“Sara is a technically, both-footed and offensive strong offensive player, which has proved her goal scoring enormously, especially this year. With a total of 13 goals in the Bundesliga in 2018, she has impressively demonstrated her offensive qualities.”
