Off the back of a 2019 which saw Christiane Endler announce herself to the world with some stunning performances at the World Cup, there’s every argument to be made that she solidified her reputation as one of the best around, if not the best, in 2020. Endler has kept 12 clean sheets during the year and is on a stunning run with PSG of eight games without conceding, marshalling her defence and ensuring her reflexes are as sharp as ever when called upon. She’s also stunningly good with her feet, with the best passing accuracy of any goalkeeper, but also one of the best save percentages too. Chile’s very own is now right up there as the number one of number ones.
