40: Sara Däbritz

Top 100 2020 Sara Dabritzz

Sara Däbritz didn’t feature as much as some this year but excelled when she did so, particularly impressive after coming back from an ACL injury. Däbritz was in top form towards the end of 2019 but returned in the summer and was superb as PSG knocked Arsenal out of the Champions League with a commanding midfield performance. A player who can split a defence open in no time, Däbritz has wasted no time in returning to her best form and played an important role in PSG’s recent win against Lyon. Däbritz has also returned to a regular performer for the Germany national team and she’s showed no sign that her injury has affected her quality or talent.
