49: Khadija Shaw
Khadija Shaw is another who rightfully rockets up the rankings this year. The 23-year-old is now someone everybody talks about in world football after bursting onto the scene in the last couple of years. When her contract expires at Bordeaux, surely every team will be looking at a striker who has pace, technical ability and a natural eye for goal when her movement gets her in the right positions. She’s already bettered her tally of 10 goals from last season in a devastating start to the new campaign, 11 goals so far seeing her sit as the top scorer in France, three clear of anyone else, including four goals vs Fleury and a hat-trick against Dijon. One of the best young strikers in the game, Shaw can go wherever she wants in the future and has the ability to achieve whatever she wants too.
