Norwich v Derby – over 2.5 goals

Resurgent Norwich have risen to fifth position, missing out on top spot by only a point. The appointment of ex-Hamilton manager Alex Neil seems to be a great success as he aims to lead his team back towards the Premier League. Canaries will be looking to leapfrog Derby, who currently sit in 2nd in the Championship, and are also on a good run of form. The game is guaranteed goals, with both teams showcasing players who are more than good enough for the top flight. It should be an interesting clash!

Best odds – 20/21 (MatchBook).

Chelsea v Southampton – 3-1 win in favour of Chelsea

Chelsea are edging ever closer to the Premier League title, with Manchester City failing to capitalise on their mistakes in recent weeks. Jose Mourinho’s men face a very strong side, who are searching for a place in the top four, but the hosts will be looking to bounce back after being dumped out of the Champions League by PSG. I reckon Chelsea will be too strong for Saints.

Best odds – 14/1 (Bet 365). £14 for every £1 you put on.

Oldham v Barnsley – George Waring first goalscorer.

It’s been a poor season for Barnsley, who were expected to challenge for the League One title at the beginning of the season. Oldham have dropped down in recent weeks but they will be hoping to turn their fortunes around to capture an unlikely spot in the play-offs. Former Everton kid George Waring has made scoring goals look easy in recent weeks and the loan star will be out to fire the visitors to victory with an early strike.

Best Odds – 10/2 (Boyle Sport).

Oxford v Plymouth – Plymouth win

Danny Hylton was a menace as Oxford beat Bury in a hard-fought game last weekend. While Plymouth got back to winning ways after two straight defeats and will be looking to cement their place in the League Two play-offs. The game is a tough one to call, but I predict Reuben Reid could be the difference after returning for Plymouth.

Best Odds – 12/2 (BetVictor)

Burton Albion v Accrington Stanley – Burton to win by 2 goals

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has crafted his Burton team into a tough tackling, free-flowing and goalscoring team in recent weeks following some very impressive performances. Accrington have been in mixed form for most of the season and look set for yet another mid-table finish. The hosts will be looking to climb away from the rest of the teams at the top of League Two with victory here.

Best odds – 8/1 (SkyBet). You will receive £8 for every £1 you put on.
