Betting Tips: Goals for Liverpool, Lewandowski, Tottenham and co. West Ham’s away success to continue

By Richard Laverty.

It’s a huge weekend of football action; there’s Manchester United travelling to Arsenal, a Merseyside derby, a Madrid derby and der klassiker over in Germany. It would be a great weekend to make a little cash…

Norwich to burst Leicester’s bubble

After flirting with defeat for several weeks now, Leicester’s defence was torn apart by a ruthless Arsenal side and one may wonder just how much that defeat will hurt them.

Norwich have got along with their business quietly, picking up points and they’ll provide a stern test at Carrow Road this weekend. A home win with both teams scoring could be one to look at this weekend.

Best Odds: Norwich to win & BTTS | 10/3 (Bet365)

More away joy for West Ham

Can’t win at home, can’t lose on the road, it’s been a strange season for West Ham so far. After their heroics at Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City, a home win against Norwich seemed guaranteed despite defeats when hosting Leicester and Bournemouth.

But alas, the Canaries so nearly took away all three points until the Hammers equalised at the death. This week, they’re at Sunderland, surely the perfect chance to continue their excellent away form.

Best Odds: West Ham win | 7/5 (totesport)

Goals Galore Treble

It’s possibly the biggest ‘Super Sunday’ of the season, a Merseyside derby followed by Arsenal vs Manchester United. Swansea vs Tottenham is also thrown in there for good measure. Big teams means goals, and we fancy they’ll be lots of them. You can probably shop around but SkyBet will give you good odds on BTTS in all three games on Sunday.

Best Odds: Super Sunday BTTS | 4/1 (SkyBet)

Bayern to down Borussia

Despite Thomas Tuchel’s best efforts to cling onto the coattails of Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund just don’t look on Bayern’s level this season.

A last minute equaliser from new boys SV Darmstadt on Sunday must have hurt, ensuring they fell a further two points away from a dominant Bayern and the reigning champions should have more than enough to continue their winning streak this weekend.

Best Odds: Bayern to win & Lewandowski to score | 5/4 (BoyleSports)

Under 2.5 at the Calderon

It’s always dangerous predicting there will be less than 3 goals in any top game but Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid facing up doesn’t always provide exciting results.

Real haven’t fired as they usually would, Cristiano Ronaldo has had spells whilst Gareth Bale’s only spells right now are on the sidelines. Atletico have been in good form but a 1-0 or a 1-1 wouldn’t be a surprise result.

Best Odds: Under 2.5 goals | 8/11 (Coral)
