92. Raquel Rodriguez

Drafted as one of the next big talents of the NWSL in 2016 by Sky Blue FC, the underrated midfielder spent most of 2017 playing second fiddle to Sam Kerr in the USA, but still chipped in with four goals as Sky Blue FC solidified their spot as a consistent side in the league.

Her goal scoring record for Costa Rica is impressive in itself, and at 24 the former Penn State student has plenty of time to grow and improve as a player.

With Costa Rica hoping to make it to the 2019 World Cup, Rodriguez will undoubtedly play a large part in their hopes, recently showing her class in an end of season match against Mexico.

There is plenty more to come from her in the coming years as she continues to mature and grow as a player.”
